Service Description: These layers are for use in FEMA RiskMAP Web Mapping Applications. These are primarily scanned and georeferenced Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) for Illinois counties who do not have digital FIRMs. These are intended to be used in web maps to help show Changes Since Last FIRM (CSLF).
